This beautiful holiday home with swimming pool is located about 8 km out of Castiglione del Lago, on the hills near the stunning Lake Trasimeno and close to the Tuscan cities of Chiusi and Montepulicano, reachable within minutes. The property is surrounded by breath taking views of fields and hills, and guests can soak this all up whilst they relax in a salt-water pool and enjoy sunbathing on comfortable sun loungers. Near to the swimming pool there is also a bathroom with a hot water shower. In the garden surrounding the house there are two gazebos where you can enjoy alfresco dining and just relax amoungst the stunning views. Guests can also choose to cook in a cozy and nice outbuilding, equipped with a complete kitchen and barbecue. On the ground floor of the house there is a living room with kitchen corner and French windows to access the garden.On the first floor there are three double bedrooms and a twin-bedded room and on the second floor there is a double bedroom with bathroom with tub and hydro- massage shower. The west coast of Trasimeno Lake is approx. 20 km away and in just over two hours you can reach the Tuscan coast in the province of Grosseto to spend a day at the sea. Be sure to visit other interesting places such as Castiglione del Lago 8 km, where ferries leave for Isola Maggione and Isola Polvese; Chiusi 10 km, with its Civic Museum “La Città Soterranea”, which partly develops underground; Montepulciano 20 km and the terrace of the Palazzo Comunale, which opens onto a breath taking view that is not to be missed!
