Mactown cottages- ATV trails, extended stay work

Our little 450 sq ft duplex ( this unit is 1/2, the other is also available on Airbnb) cottage provides you luxury accommodations to explore McGregor Whether it’s hunting,fishing, boating, swimming,kayaking,birding, hiking, family reunion,wedding, that brings you here, we are happy to have you. ATV and snowmobile trail conveniently just a few blocks away and can be accessed from the property. This unit now accepts dogs upon approval. please message before (Website hidden by Airbnb) 2, 25.00 fee per dog Our guest home is located right next door to our home. No worries, You will have all the privacy you want, but we are available for any questions that may arise. We have a queen bed in the bedroom and a pull out couch in the living room. We can comfortably accommodate 4 adults, but if you are a family of 5 we won’t make you leave one kid home. Just message us and let us know your needs. We have new pack n play and twin air mattress available on requests . We have coffee pot, dishes, crockpot, microwave, toaster, pans and bowls. WiFi and smart tv, all towels, bedding, blankets and pillows provided. Bedroom has a 3 drawer dresser and shelving and hangers in the closet off the bedroom The yard around the property is is yours to enjoy. Which includes patio chairs, fire pit, grill, and outdoor games I live next door, but you will have all the privacy you want. I am available by text if you need anything, but if you see us outside please don’t hesitate to come over to ask questions or visit. Our neighborhood is a diamond in the rough. We live in a very safe area with great neighbors that you relax and enjoy your stay. That being said, we take great pride of our yard, but some of our neighbors that you will drive past do not. However it doesn’t detract from what you will enjoy while staying with us. You will need a car to get around. The cottage is in town, and is in walking distance to the school playground and a few stores, but you will be crossing roads with traffic. We are just a short 5-15 minute drive to stores, dining, wedding venues, hiking trails, state park, and the lakes Dogs are welcome in this unit by prior approval. There is a 50.00 per pet fee. If you don’t notify me you have a dog and you bring one, you may be forfeiting your deposit. If you are bringing your dog/dogs please include this in your message to me BEFORE booking. Rules with dogs 1. Must not be left unattended in the cottage. ( if you have a pet carrier, that is fine as long as the dog is quiet) 2. No dogs on the furniture or beds 3. Do not use pillows or blankets for dog beds 4. Do not bathe your dog and use the towels on the dogs. 5. Do not use dishes from the kitchen to feed or water your dog 6. Pick up the poo Some of these rules are made due to been having had these things happen. If rules are not followed you may loose your deposit. Most of you have very well behaved and clean dogs, Thank You. I want to continue having this as a service so please everyone do your part to adhere to my rules.
