Enjoy a peaceful vacation by the lake at this beautiful holiday house on the southern tip of Lake Maggiore.   The two-bedroom holiday house for up to 4 guests (or 5 guests if there are two or more kids) is blessed with a shared landscaped park where guests can relax in the mild climate of the region and dine under the open sky. Under the beamed ceiling of the house, the mood is set for a warm and pleasant holiday experience with friends and family. The characteristic living room has an ambient fireplace, a comfy sofa set and a dining area for 4. The separate kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, a microwave, an oven, a cooker hob, an electric kettle, a fridge and a toaster for preparing favorite meals from the comforts of the home.   Guests also have access to 4 bikes (of which 2 are folding bikes that can be used everywhere by the lake), 2 kayaks, a beautiful wooden boat and private parking for 2 cars. There is also a sauna area and a bathroom in the annex at the disposal of the guests.   Sleeping   Bedroom 1: The spacious room with a balcony and gorgeous lake views is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe.   Bedroom 2: The cozy room with windows overlooking the lake has bunk beds for two guests. The owners of the holiday house appreciate a quiet atmosphere during evening and night. Also, since the house is close to a water body, there can be mosquitoes in the park after sunset.   • There is a dog area by the parking where 3 dogs of the owner stay. Since they are watchdogs, guests should not be alarmed to see them barking at new people.   • Guests can easily rent boats as the house is close to a shipyard.   Location   The lovely house by the lake is perfect for spending quality time enjoying one’s own company as well as that of loved ones. It is surrounded by greenery and offers a panoramic view of the landscape that will be etched in one’s memory for a long time. The beach is only a few meters from here. Guests can sit by the lake and appreciate its beauty.  There are a few restaurants (including one serving seafood) and a few takeout joints about a kilometer from the house and numerous boat rental agencies nearby. There are also a few apparel stores within a short drive from the house. The town center of Sesto Calende is about 4 kilometers from the house. Guests can shop for groceries and other supplies here. There is also a Civic Museum of Archeology here where visitors can gain an insight into the history of this lakeside town. Another place of interest is San Donato Abbey, a 9th-century Romanesque church about 4 minutes from the house by car. Guests can also easily visit Piedmont and Lombard shores of Lake Maggiore from here. The town is known for its natural beauty that is accentuated by a lake, river, hills and mountains. It also hosts a number of events and festivals throughout the year celebrating theatre, music, films, food and wine.   The nearest airport is only 20 kilometers from here.
