The "Grenier du Faouët", is a small gite duplex of 40 m2, loft spirit and the neat decoration. Located on the 2nd floor of an old Breton school, it is very clear and quiet, with amenities and comfort of quality. Close to Paimpol and the coast, it is the ideal starting point to discover the north of Brittany. Ideally located in the heart of a typical Breton village (with grocery store, bar, tobacco, bowling alley), not far from shops (supermarket 10 minutes), close to the forest and beaches. All linen is provided (bed linen, towels and kitchen). Free and independent access to the washing machine of the house. For the children, in the garden there is a swing; in the village: a small free climbtree site, a basketball court and a football field are accessible. As indicated in the details of the beds, the 2 single beds in mezzanine are recommended for children or teenagers: they are composed of 2 mattresses of 80 x 190 cm, on bed bases with slats on the ground. Access to the place is via an outside spiral staircase. Cleaning is requested at departure; but also possible by us : 35 € package
