Lyngby north of Løkken. The house was built in 1967, renovated in 2011 and 2018 and features an open-plan kitchen with access to a covered terrace, four bedrooms, bathroom with whirlpool and underfloor heating, guest toilet, shower and both a covered and an open terrace. The decor is personal and tasteful in the famous Danish style with an emphasis on comfort, light and well-being. The living room is large and spacious with dining area and sitting area, modern furnishings and extremely functional. There is south facing terrace and plenty of shelter so that the outdoor life can be enjoyed all day long on those hot sunny days. The plot is completely undisturbed and sown with grass, so there are excellent opportunities for ball games or other games with the kids. There is also a small play area with swing, slide and sandpit as well as a lawn with football goals and a basket hoop.
