In this quiet spot in the woods just south of downtown Greenville, you'll enjoy lovely views of the surrounding trees, spectacular night skies, and easy access to the sparkling shores of Moosehead Lake. The lake itself is just over two miles up the road, so you can spend your days boating, fishing, kayaking, swimming, ice fishing, or snowmobiling. You'll come home from those daily activities to a gracious front porch, where you can kick back, barbecue, or read in a rocking chair in the shade. Inside, the living space is a showcase of natural wood, offering such conveniences as a private washer/dryer for your swimsuits and lake clothes, free WiFi, and air conditioning. To one side of the great room is a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and two eat-in tables; to the other is a living room with two sofas and a flatscreen cable TV. At night, you can head outside to stargaze, gather in the living room for board games, or head upstairs to the loft to enjoy the convertible, 10-games-in-one foosball table. When it's time to turn in, you'll find two bedrooms and one full bathroom on the main floor and one bedroom with an en suite half-bath upstairs. Things to Know Full kitchen Please note: Although there is no ATV or snowmobile access from the home there is access from the Greenville Junction public boat launch (three and a half miles). Parking notes: There is space for three or four cars. Parking is out front in the dirt driveway. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
