Hello everyone, To unwind from everyday life, we suggest you rent our Norman house to take a breath of fresh air and relax. Our pretty Norman from the 16th century, with an area of 200 m2 composed of 4 bedrooms, a swimming pool (overlooking the living room) heated to 28 degrees and a large garden of 2700 m2 is located 5 minutes from Evreux is 1 hour 15 from Paris. You will take full advantage of its cathedral double living room with an area of 70 m2, including the living room and the dining room (the table on which you take your meals is a pool table). After your meal, you can play a game of table football or go for a swim in the pool and then warm yourself by the fire. For your bottles drop them in our pretty wine cellar which is in the dining room. The closed kitchen is fully equipped (gas stove, dishwasher, microwave and built-in fryer). For those who wish to come with a baby, we put a high chair at your disposal. We provide linens (bed linen, towels, bath and pool). We also provide you with: - Coffee (capsules and ground), tea, chocolate, orange juice, jam, butter (all you have to do is go to the bakery located 1 km away). - Oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, mustard, mayonnaise and ketchup. - Wood for your fireplaces. For any stay of one week, Bruno comes to do 4 hours of cleaning to make you pleasant. Important: We only rent on a minimum of 3 days during bridges. By booking with us, you book on 24-hour days since arrivals are from 5 p.m. (until 9 p.m. maximum) and departures no later than 5 p.m. The prices are decreasing (except bridges) for all reservations from 3 nights. For all bookings of one week, we benefit from a reduction of 35% and we offer 4 hours of cleaning during your stay as well as the rental cleaning costs.
