This lovely portion of a two- family house for holidays is located in a small group of houses on the outskirts of San Giovanni (province of Vibo Valentia) and is in a hilly and panoramic position. The fine white sandy beaches of this stretch of the Tyrrhenian coast of Calabria, called "Costa degli Dei" are about 1600 m. The accommodation is immersed in a gently windy oasis of peace and is surrounded by typical Mediterranean vegetation. It consists of a large living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom. There is also a large natural garden for shared use and a beautiful covered patio, equipped for outdoor dining. The barbecue will allow you to organize cheerful evening barbecues, during which you will admire beautiful sunsets on the coast of Tropea. Thanks to its position, the house is ideal for spending relaxing days, alternating with wonderful excursions to discover the surrounding area. In a short time you will reach the most famous places such as Tropea (approx. 10 minutes by car), famous for its gastronomy and its beaches, Pizzo Calabro (approx. 26 km), a small village perched on a promontory overlooking the sea and Zambrone, a well-known tourist city with a characteristic historical center and an amphitheater which hosts cultural events. Do not miss to visit the beach of Sant’Irene, which is a true corner of paradise. Four-legged friends are welcome. The airport of Lamezia terme is 55 km away. Also for day trips from the port of Vibo Marina or Tropea you can take the ferry for excursions to the Aeolian Islands. Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate.
