The house has: - 2 complete bathrooms with shower (towels, shampoo, gel, paper wc, hair dryer ...). It is very convenient! Avoid waiting while one of the restrooms is occupied. - Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine (Tassimo unit), toaster, juicer, pans, pans, etc.) and have oil, vinegar and salt. - Room 1 with large bed of 120cm and wardrobe. - Room 2 with balcony. Two single beds of 90cm and wardrobe. - Living room with a comfortable folding bed, chaise long, TV and extendable dining or working table. - You will find products and cleaning utensils (iron, broom, vacuum cleaner, washing machine soap, dishwasher, ...). The apartment is in a building (with elevator) that is its age (1970) but is kept in great condition, the neighbors are very nice and respectful. The accommodation will be ready the day of your arrival with two sets of sheets and towels per person. THE NEIGHBORHOOD It is a very pleasant area, where you can breathe tranquility, you can take walks in the gardens of the university area. It is ten minutes walk from the University Clinic or 2 minutes by bus. In the middle of the Camino de Santiago, passing through Pamplona and bound for Puente la Reina. Basic shops (pharmacy, bakery, bar, restaurant). It communicates with the high zone through a free public elevator, you can walk to more shops: Carrefour, Telepizza, ... Very well connected by bus (every 5 minutes) with the main areas of the city as the old part (10m min by car). HOW TO MOVE There is free public parking that will prevent you from paying for parking in the Blue Zone that has the rest of the city. Quick / direct access to the city center and departures to the airport, Logroño, San Sebastián, Bilbao and Zaragoza. Bus stop (villavesas) 2 meters from the portal with a frequency of buses every 5 minutes. 3 lines will connect you with the center and different points of the city: - Line 2 - Line 15 - Line 18 - Night line N1 (center). 10 minutes by car and bus to the city center. The apartment is in a neighbors building, so we ask you not to be noisy in the common areas or in the apartment. All occupants over 16 years old must sign an entry part upon arrival at the establishment and display their ID or passport. The occupants will be responsible during the stay of the apartment and its contents and are obliged to take care of it with respect, not to cause any material damage or to remove anything from it. At the time of your arrival it is advisable to check the house and communicate the deficiencies observed as soon as possible so that they can be remedied. In case of any damage, it must be communicated in advance of the departure of the house. The owners will check the condition of the apartment on the day of guests' departure. Inside the house smoking is not allowed except on the terrace, zone enabled for it. We do not charge cleaning services, please leave the house as it has been found, that is, as collected and clean as possible.
