But the strong point lies in the outdoor spaces, with a spacious and equipped terrace overlooking the sea where every morning you can have breakfast together with the sound of the beach, a veranda with BBQ where you can roast fresh fish or quality meat, while enjoying the view of the beautiful garden, made with good attention to the details, right next to the infinity pool overlooking the gulf. Not to mention the private outdoor parking and a comfortable outdoor shower with hot water, very useful after a day on the beach. Located halfway between the airports of Palermo and Trapani, the villa provides guests with a good location to easily explore all the beauties of western Sicily such as Castellammare del Golfo, San Vito Lo Capo, Segesta, Lo Zingaro, Erice, Trapani, Palermo, Monreale, and to swim in the most beautiful and exclusive beaches of the area. The villa is located in a quiet area of Alcamo Marina, just 350m from a fabulous sandy beach that offers the possibility of choosing between a public or equipped beach, at about 10 minutes away by car from supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, pizzerias and bars. By staying in this villa, you will have exclusive access to the entire property and all its features. In order to enjoy a hassle-free holiday, we strongly suggest to rent a car, for this area is extremely lacking in public transport. While, for those without a driving license or not interested in car rental, we can offer a taxi service. Upon your arrival you will find everything you need for a short holiday, and, for a comfortable stay with small children, we can provide 2 baby cots and 2 baby chairs, suitable for infants from 0 to 3 years.
