On the ground floor is the living and dining room, kitchen equipped with appliances, crockery and utensils, TV room with sofa bed that can accommodate 2 more people, 1 bathroom and cozy outside area with barbecue, wood oven, Outdoor furniture and garden. It offers free Hi-Fi and satellite TV. In the colder seasons and for greater comfort the house is equipped with fireplace and central heating.
