L'ESQUISSE - 2 bedrooms - close to City Center

L'Esquisse is a very nice apartment of 83 m² with two bedrooms. It is located in an ideal environment : in the town centre, a few steps from the old Law Courts, the Tower of Brittany, the Viarme square and the Talensac market. It can comfortably accommodate four people. The apartment is located on the 1st floor (no lift) in an old condominium. It offers a very beautiful living room, spacious with the dining room on one side with a table for your meals and on the other side, the living room fitted out with a splendid library where art and literature are mixed. Naturally, WIFi and television are available. The adjoining kitchen, semi-open thanks to a hatch, is perfectly equipped (combined oven, refrigerator with freezer, 4-burner ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and numerous utensils). The pleasant and modern shower room has a shower and WC. We also provide a washing machine, a tumble dryer as well as an ironing board and iron. The largest bedroom has a large wardrobe. The second bedroom (accessible by a small staircase) is more cocooning and has small storage spaces on either side of the bed. The Cocoonr agency The accommodation l'Esquisse is managed by the Cocoonr Agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be greeted on the spot by a member of our team who will introduce you to the apartment, how it works and give you the keys. Quality sheets, towels, mats and tea towels are provided and the beds are made on arrival. To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you a few pods of Nespresso coffee and some tea bags, herbal tea and sugar. Neighbourhood and transport Once settled in, you will appreciate the location and enjoy the events of Nantes city centre, its pedestrian streets and shops. At the foot of the building you will find an excellent bakery, a wine shop with 1000 wonders and a tasty crêperie. The main sights such as the pretty Places Royales and Graslin are less than 10 min away from the apartment. Every Saturday morning, come and enjoy the famous market of Talensac (only 5 minutes on foot) where all the food shops will make your taste buds salivate. Do you like to hunt ? In the open air, a hundred or so regulars exhibit antique objects, books and second-hand toys on Place Viarme (also 5 minutes away). Due to its central location, you can easily get around the city with the "Saint Nicolas" and "Commerce" stops, where many bus lines and 3 tramway lines cross. To get to the train station, from "Commerce" take the tramway L1 (about 5 min trip). To get to the airport, a dedicated shuttle bus leaves from "Commerce" and takes you there in about twenty minutes.
