Villa Thealassa - Hanging Over the Sea!

Villa Thealassa is approved by Greek Tourism Organization with license number: 1048648 & managed by "etouri vacation rental management". The 270 sq. m. Villa Thealassa, proudly set on a 4100 sq.m. plot over the sea, seems like it came out of a fairytale! Its privileged location offers panoramic views of Souda Bay and the White Mountains, overlooking the crystal blue waters of the Cretan sea. The Villa can comfortably accommodate 8 guests in beds and up to 9 if necessary. Layout Interior Villa Thealassa is a ground floor Villa, making your everyday life as easy as possible. Entering the hallway, you will find yourselves in a spacious, open plan area, filled with light. The hallway provides a beautiful wooden desk and direct access to the veranda and one of the outdoor dining areas. On your right hand, the spacious, cosy living room welcomes you and it offers direct access to the veranda and pool terrace through its large double doors. A 50’’ HDTV with Netflix, stereo system, board games, DVDs and an open fireplace are also available in the living room, ideal for family moments. Next to the living room, a dining area for up to 10 guests, which offers a nice garden view is available, which also communicates with the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen, provides all essentials for a self catered holiday and your family meals, as well as a second, round dining table for 6 guests. On your left hand, you have access to the four bedrooms of the Villa. The master bedroom offers a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower cabin, while there is also another bedroom with a double bed. The remaining two bedrooms, have two single beds each, which can also be joined together to form a king size bed if required. All bedrooms offer direct outdoor access and are air conditioned. An office space can also be found here, as well as two additional bathrooms and a WC. A treadmill, weights and yoga mats are also available, for those seeking to stay in shape during their holidays. Outdoor area The beautifully landscaped outdoor area of Villa Thealassa is surrounded by various trees and flowers and it offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation. The whole area enjoys magnificent sea views! More specifically our outdoor facilities include: - 60 sq. m. private swimming pool. - Pool terrace equipped with sun beds, umbrellas and an outdoor shower. - Fully equipped charcoal barbecue. - Shaded, big outdoor dining area for all guests. - Shaded pergola with armchairs and sofas for relaxing by the pool. - A ping pong table and football nets are at the disposal of our young guests. - Parking space for many cars. - The whole outdoor area is totally private and fenced, offering full privacy to our guests. - Large, lawn covered garden and a wonderful garden filled with fruit bearing trees, such as lemons, oranges, tangerines, pomegranates, pears and walnuts. A vegetable garden with herbs is also available and our guests can also taste all of them if they wish.
