In case Villa for You can deliver the holiday but you want to cancel, the standard cancellation conditions apply. - For each every guest, not having a 'Corona passport' (European digital COVID certificate)at the moment this is required to travel to the concerning destination or to stay in the holiday home, is not a valid reason to cancel free of charge. - Despite the Corona passport, each country remains responsible for setting its own entry requirements and rules, which are not standardised at EU level. This means that in addition to the Corona passport, additional rules may apply to your stay, such as the validity period of your vaccination or the requirement for an additional (booster) vaccination. These extra rules are also not a valid reason for cancelling your stay free of charge. - Quarantine measures are also not a valid reason to cancel free of charge. Villa for You is not responsible for unavoidable or extraordinary circumstances before or during your booked holiday period as a result of (adjusted) Corona measures, unless these measures are about a ban on entry in the region where the holiday home you have booked is located. Accommodation description: This beautiful detached chalet is located on the border of Tyrol and Salzburgerland, in the cosy village of Wald im Pinzgau. You have a beautiful view of the Wildkarrspitze of 3,073 meters of altitude, with eternal glacier. The designer chalet is decorated in the modern "Alpine style" with lots of wood, traditional elements and luxurious materials. The chalet consists of 2 linked houses which are both at your disposal. Each section has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. With this variant you rent the entire chalet, so both houses. The whole chalet is suitable for a maximum of 19 persons, which makes it very suitable for families or friends travelling together. You can enjoy a delicious, home-made meal in the living room with fully equipped open kitchen, including a well-deserved glass of wine. The chalet has a balcony with seating areas, a lovely garden and plenty of private parking space next to the house. After an active day in the mountains you can fully relax in your own wellness area with modern sauna and rain shower. Because of its central location between 2 famous ski areas you can reach the Zillertal Arena in about 12 minutes by car and the Wildkogel Arena in 7 minutes by car. With a small additional charge you have access to both ski areas on 1 ski pass. Both ski areas are truly ideal for families with children. The more experienced skier will also enjoy the wide carving slopes, and beautiful daytime skiing through the high mountains of Hochkrimml via Königsleiten and Gerlos to Zell am Ziller. The real fanatics purchase the Salzburger Superskikarte which gives you access to 2700 km of slopes. Trips to the Kitzbühler Alpen (15 minutes), Kaprun, with its eternal glacier, Zell am See and the famous Saalbach-Hinterglemm are also well worthwhile. This region is also known as a perfect summer area and has won awards for it. There are several great excursions for all ages, such as a visit to the nearby, famous Krimmler waterfalls, the highest waterfalls in Europe and the beautiful reservoir near Königsleiten. Do you like action more? The Hohe Tauern is Europe's largest nature reserve and offers a true mountain paradise for all hikers and mountain bikers. There is also plenty to do for small children. In the Wildkogel Arena there is a footpath with 10 large slides. And what about the Mountain Carts with which you can fence off the mountain?
