We are not sure there is much more you could wish for here! Whether you prefer to have a soak in the indoor plunge pool, or fire up the BBQ and relax on the deck while taking in the stunning lake views, you will love this home and all the wonders it has to offer! This is the perfect meeting point to gather with friends and family and make lasting memories. As well as 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, there are 2 kitchens & 2 living areas to make hosting large groups easy! Just a two minute walk to the shores of Lake Taupo, five minute walk to a popular restaurant and convenience store, or take the car and you will be in town in less than 5 minutes. PLEASE NOTE - One of the bedrooms downstairs doesn't yet have a wall separating it from the second living area. At this stage it is classed as a combined living/sleeping area. Also, the fireplace is not in working order, however there is sufficient heating in the house. The house does not have an air-conditioning unit. The bedding configuration is 1 x Queen, 1 x Queen, 1 x bunk (2 singles) 1 x Single, 1 x Queen, 1x Queen, 1x Queen, 2 x bunks (4 singles) 2 x fold-out sandwich style beds (these are best suited to children). If you require bedding for the fold-out beds, you must let us know at least 7 days prior to your arrival. No hidden costs! - Your nightly rate includes bedding, towels and exit clean.
