The outdoor staircase is shared with other units and introduces Attico Mare Dentro, which opens into a large, basic but cozy living room, open kitchen with electric oven, washing machine and tv and 3 single beds with a unique view on the sea, thanks to large glass walls with access to the furnished balcony. The upper floor is reachable by a spiral staircase and takes to the sleeping area, which consists of an air-conditioned double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Moreover, there is a furnished balcony with table and chairs. Sometimes, it is possible to see the outline of the Albanian mountains on the other side of the Adriatic sea. The surroundings of Attico Mare Dentro Attico Mare Dentro is on the seafront promenade of Santa Cesarea Terme. Santa Cesarea Terme, known for its sulphurous water, is on a hill on the sea. The lovely old town centre is characterized by Moorish buildings (like the picturesque Palazzo Sticchi), noble villas and white houses. The coast is enriched by sea stacks and prehistoric caves and by the beautiful area of Porto Miggiano. The holiday home is 12 kilometers away from Otranto and its wonderful beaches, 4 kilometers away from the Zinzulusa cave and less than 30 kilometers away from Santa Maria di Leuca. The double bedroom has access to an outdoor area which is shared with the other apartments of the building. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit. - Air conditioning in the double room. -The double bedroom has an external access to a veranda in common with the other apartments of the complex.
