Villa Cisina is a lovely villa with view on the sea, for holidays in the area La Guardiola, near Corsano. The holiday home accommodates up to 7 guests and is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, barbecue, washing machine, iron and ironing board, parking space, hair-dryer, tv, satellite decoder, mosquito nets. It`s framed by dry-stone walls, Mediterranean scrub, olive trees, fig and pine trees and it`s characterized by its breathtaking view. The villa, immersed in the sounds, scents and colors of nature, is ideal for a relaxing holiday. In the garden there is the parking space, barbecue under the trees, furnished porch with dining area and view on the sea, solarium area with beach umbrella and beach beds. The recently-renovated Villa Cisina consists of a living room, kitchenette, 3 bedrooms (1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 triple bedroom with double bed and single bed), 2 bathrooms. The air conditioning is in the corridor. The furniture is basic but functional, the bathrooms and washing machine were bought recently. The surroundings of Villa Cisina in Corsano Villa Cisina is on the coast between Castro and Leuca, in Southern Salento. It`s ideal for a relaxing holiday, near the crowded areas but a short drive away from beautiful seaside locations.  It`s within walking distance from seaside location such as La Guardiola and Funnuvojere. Leuca is 10 kilometers away, Tricase Porto is 7 kilometers away and Castro is 16 kilometers away. The city centre of Corsano with its amenities is 2 kilometers away.  - Partially fenced. - Air conditioning in the corridor. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
