With easy access to the sea and the lakes; choose from sun-baking to fishing from the shore or taking out a boat. With plenty of walking tracks and endless stretches of sand, your activity options are endless. Cafes and restaurants are also within a short drive. Alternatively, bring your food and cook up a storm is either of the two kitchens or the outside BBQ. The Space: Those with mobility constraints (or who just want a break from the rest of the group) can relax in their own ground floor self-contained area, with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and smart laundry. On the next level, is the perfect open plan living area, leading out to the expansive deck. A few more steps and you have the two bedrooms (one with en-suite) and the main bathroom. The top level has the master king sized bedroom and a second living room (with pull out queen sized sofa bed). The Neighborhood: This is a quiet residential area, to relax and enjoy everything Mother Nature has to offer. With a relaxing vibe, cafe's, activities and entertainment.
