This authentic 'maison des vendangeurs', completely renovated in March 2017 and located in a quiet impasse, will seduce you with its refined and warm decoration. Thanks to its terrace, you will enjoy the sun of the noon and taste the wines of the soil around a barbecue seasoned regional aromatic herbs. A selection of regional wines is offered upon arrival. To refresh yourself or just relax, you will delight in the pleasant private and secure swimming pool (8x4). Sunbathing and relaxation are the appointment. Your car parked in the courtyard of the property, you can easily stroll on foot in the old village, do your shopping (bread, newspapers, tobacco, grocery, butcher ...) or enjoy the shady terraces of cafes and restaurants on ' The promenade 'or the village square. You can discover the scrubland and vineyards surrounding the village or admire the famous 'canal du midi'. And Spain is only 1:30. Everything has been thought for your comfort and well being so come enjoy our 300 days of sunshine a year! Note: The swimming pool is totally private but occupied punctually by the owners when the tenants are absent. Of course we give priority to tenants, but if you want total exclusivity, this option can be offered to you. Linen (sheets, towels) as well as tourist tax are included in the rental price. The 'end of stay cleaning' package is 50 euros. Possibility of cleaning during the stay. A deposit of 25% is required upon booking and the balance upon your arrival. A deposit of 200 € by check not cashed is returned to your departure.
