Take a vacation in this beautiful semi-detached house near Lake Orta with a large garden. This house is spread over one floor (accessible by stairs) and the large rooms, the terrace, the shower with the Turkish bath and the well-equipped kitchen will make your stay perfect. The house offers a variety of activities: barbecue in the outdoor fireplace or eat pizza while your children play on the swing, basketball or table tennis or with the dollhouse. Eat fresh produce on the veranda, such as eggs or vegetables, provided by the owners who live on the ground floor of the house (with whom you share the garden). Lake Orta is a small lake (18 km²), surrounded by a beautiful natural landscape and dotted with romantic villages to stroll through. On foot or by bike you can reach the sandy beach of Gozzano in one kilometer, where you can sunbathe, swim, jump from the diving board or rent a canoe to go around the island of San Giulio. If you are into trekking or mountain biking, there are many routes along old mule tracks. You can take the Canneti pedestrian path directly from the house or take the 14 km long “Blue Ring” tour. Particularly impressive is the "Path of the Scalpellini", which leads to the sanctuary of the Madonna del Sasso, from where you can admire the unforgettable landscape of Lake Orta. From the top of Mount Mottarone, which you can ascend with a cable car that offers a breathtaking view of the lake, you can descend on downill bikes or along the bobsleigh track, which can be used in both summer and winter. If you want even more peace and quiet, you will find the small lake Mergozzo 35 km away. Because of its clear waters, it is loved by water sports enthusiasts for canoeing, kayaking, windsurfing, and sport fishing.
