Relaxing Residence

This is one room in a two bedroom apartment, located on the first floor of a two story house. You'll enjoy the convenience of walking distance to Winthrop Hospital, the LIRR train station, local buses and tons of restaurants that line Mineola Blvd and Jericho Turnpike. Sunny, clean newly renovated It's so convenient to everything in MINEOLA and the surrounding neighborhoods. The buses will take you everywhere you want to go on Long Island. The Long Island Railroad is the train that takes you to Manhattan in about 35 minutes. You'll arrive at Penn Station on 34th Street and 7th Avenue after a relaxing (usually no transfer ) ride. You'll have your own private room plus shared access to bathroom, kitchen, and sitting room I follow my guests lead. I don't live in the apartment but I'm two miles away. If you need anything, I can usually provide it for you, but the apartment is well stocked. Convenience to all public transportation, near lots of restaurants and night life but on a relatively quiet block. The train is 6 blocks away. The bus is on the corner. Super easy to get around. Free wifi and Internet access
