French doors lead onto an elevated small deck area, with steps and formed pathways that lead out to the secluded outdoor bath surrounded by beautifully tended gardens. The property has a Whole House Filtration system which provides pharmaceutical grade water for 99% contaminant free water. 100% natural cleaning products are used. An HRV ventilation system helps keep clean air for allergy sufferers and the health conscious. Recycling is encouraged and a bin is provided for food scraps which goes into our worm farm and compost bin for the organic vege garden and fruit trees.
