Summary: The country house with pool is surrounded by a well-kept garden, in the middle of the natural landscape of the Maremma. The house is divided into two levels. The kitchen, the spacious living room, a guest room with sofa bed and a service bathroom are on the ground floor. On the first floor are the two bedrooms, each with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. The Space: A large, wrought iron gate gives access to the property. There is covered parking for 2 cars. The garden leads to the entrance to the house, which opens onto the ground floor through the large living room. A separate room with sofa bed, TV and access to the garden is often used as a guest room for 2 guests. A bathroom with toilet / bidet and sink is available on this level. The space is complemented by the fully equipped kitchen, which has access to the terrace on the east side and the garden. A wide staircase leads to the first floor with its two bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. One of them was recently renovated and equipped with a rain shower. The absolute highlight is the pool (6 x 12 m and up to 2.4 m deep) in the garden. Just the thing for the warm summer months. Fun for young and old. And the personal care provided by the host Paolo is just right for a holiday in the country in the Maremma. Here, water sports enthusiasts will find ideal conditions for sailing, diving, snorkeling or surfing. In the hinterland, you can explore the cultural treasures in places such as Suvereto, Massa Marittima, Pitigliano or Sorano. In the Sassetta, Saturnia or Venturina terms you can take a warm bath in the natural springs, especially in autumn and winter. All golfers among you will find 4 courses nearby from which you can tee off (Il Pelagone, Punta Ala, Saturnia, Argentario). Siena (approx. 1.5 hours away by car) is suitable for day trips, and a boat trip to the islands of Giglio or Elba. Autumn is especially recommended for wine tasting as soon as the harvest has started. Due to the high density of wineries, a new one can be discovered and experienced every day.
