Midtown is known for its historic preservation, local and independent merchants, as well as diverse, welcoming neighbors.  Includes a queen-sized bed with a 5* Hotel quality mattress and linen and extra linen for the couch.   Ample parking is available.  There is a strict no-smoking policy. Any smoking and that includes marijuana. We will impose an extra cleaning fee of $200, to professionally deodorize and clean all upholstery including bed, rugs, chairs, sofa.  No extra guests besides those included in the reservation; unless prior request and written approval for extra visitor(s).  Our apartment should never be used for commercial purposes without advance permission.  Coin-op laundry in the basement.   Free use of 2 bikes.   A stocked refrigerator and all cooking utensils and spices are provided to cook food at home and save money.
