Perry Hill Little Red House

A cozy house in the foothills of the Worcester mountains in Waterbury convenient to hiking, canoeing, biking and everything in the Green Mountains. Bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs; open kitchen, dining and living room downstairs. Downstairs is a big room with a table (seats six) in one corner, a kitchen including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker in another corner. The third corner has a big couch and smart TV (already connected to the internet). The last corner is a storage area for coats, shoes and skiis. A big plus is a washing machine and dryer for your use. You have access to the whole house except a locked room at the top of the stairs which is storage for the owner. There are two local managers available 24/7 for any issues. Waterbury is a terrific location to hike, bike, ski, skate, canoe and generally explore Vermont and the green mountains. The village of Waterbury has great restaurants and local beer. And Ben & Jerrys factory tour is just down the road towards Stowe. You will need a car. For winter stays a four wheel drive is best and at a minimum winter tires for a two wheel drive car. My house has beds for four people. With your own travel crib we can accommodate one infant.
