Welcome to "Lalleue Beach 803", a charming chalet for 5 people with access to the swimming pools, located in the heart of a magnificent 4* estate planted with oaks and maritime pines, in La Teste De Buch. A few minutes away from the Dune du Pyla, Arcachon, and the beaches, let yourself be transported in a privileged environment, where time promises to stand still. Very luminous by its southern exposure, you will be able to benefit from the two terraces to relax and eat outside. ## Logement The accommodation is fully equipped and will be perfect for a tourist, professional or family stay. - Living room/kitchen: Corner sofa, large HD TV with Netflix access, dining table for 6 people, ceramic hob, microwave oven, Nespresso and filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. - Two bedrooms: One with a 160cm bed and the other with 3 80cm beds, all with plenty of storage space. - A bathroom: Large shower, sink, towel dryer, washing machine and various storage units and shelves. (a laundry with dryers is at your disposal at the Domaine) - A separate toilet. - Access to free and unlimited Wifi. - Air conditioning - Outside : double terrace with a complete garden furniture (1 table with 6 chairs, 2 deckchairs, a corner sofa with a coffee table, and a plancha).  - Private parking inside the domain, just in front of the Chalet. - Free baby cot and high chair at your disposal. You will have access to all the infrastructures of the domain: various "playgrounds for children", petanque grounds, ping-pong tables and soccer field... and 2 swimming pools, one of which is heated (we provide you with free wristbands: please provide a deposit check which will be returned to you upon your departure). La Teste-de-Buch is a commune located next to Arcachon, in the southwest of France. It is a seaside resort from which you can discover the famous Dune du Pilat, 110 meters high, which offers an incredible panorama on the Bay of Arcachon, the forest and the lighthouse of Cap Ferret. While walking in town, you will notice some old buildings like the Saint-Vincent Church or the Maison Verthamon, the current Town Hall, which gives a particular authenticity and history. In the heart of the city, you will also discover the oyster port where you can stop to taste delicious oysters. From the Dune du Pyla to the Bassin D'Arcachon, from the famous Île aux Oiseaux to the Lac de Cazaux, passing by stretches of beach or pine forest, enjoy a moment out of time, where conviviality and relaxation rhyme with panoramic views and sporting vacations. Of course, we recommend the preferred mode of transportation of the locals, the bicycle.
