VAN DESCRIPTION This wonderful classic van is a 3 bedroomed property and sleeps up to 8 guests per stay, the master bedroom has a double bed and a little room for a cot bed if needed, it also has an ensuite that consists of a toilet and wash basin. The other 2 bedrooms both have 2 single beds in each with a little single wardrobe. The main bathroom has a shower cubicle, wash basin and a toilet and is situated in the hallway so it will be easy to find in the middle of the night. The main living area has free standing sofas and has a lovely electric fireplace for on those chilly evenings, there are all the comforts you need, double glazed and central heated all through the van. Fair use basis on gas and electric comes included. The kitchen has everything you will need to prepare and cook your meals including the hob and oven, microwave and fridge/freezer and not forgetting the toaster and kettle and lastly you have a dining table and chairs to all sit at for your meals. You can also bring your fur babies with you as this van is pet friendly so they can enjoy your holiday with you. Parking is directly outside your van. EXTRAS 1066 holidays provide all your fresh clean linen and white fluffy towels so you don't have to worry about the making of beds etc as we dress your property for you. We also leave you a welcome pack in the kitchen to help get your holiday started immediately. All 1066 holidays properties are no smoking and all are self catering. SURROUNDING AREA Newbeach has so much to offer for that perfect family holiday, you can't get much closer to the sea than here, it's just over the road and one of the nicest beaches in the south. There are fantastic cycle routes along the promenade for the energetics, local animal parks including alpaca annie and county walks. You have the crypt of st leonard, this is one to see, it is where the best preserved collection of ancient human skulls and bones in britain. Port lympne is an amazing animal zoo for the animal lover with hundreds of different species, and not forgetting the dymchurch amusement park with great fun and games for all ages, everywhere you go there are great places to sit and rest in eateries, cafes and bars. PLEASE NOTE entertainment passes are NOT included in your holiday price. NEWBEACH HOLIDAY PARK In 2018 New Beach opened a brand new entertainment complex. Kitted out with the latest showbiz technology, and a high-tech lighting and sound system, it stages amazing West End-style live shows through the holiday season. Along with a new arcade, there's also a funky bar with super-size TV screens, a restaurant, a mini-supermarket, and more. There is entertainment for all the family in peak times that are usually between 1st of april - 1st november.
