Relax in a Cozy Old Inn with a Private Pool

Set in a lush valley, just 40 minutes by car from Florence, Locanda Le Panche is a holiday home with antique charm, perfectly tailored to the needs of modern tourism. It features a private swimming pool and a garden on the banks of the river Reno. The 4 units, each personalized according to a theme and a prevailing colour, overlook the same corridor, thus recreating the atmosphere of a large house but assuring all guests the privacy and comfort of their large private spaces. Apartment Tradition, with an extendable table and its cosy atmosphere, houses the main kitchen, complete with induction hob, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave and the dining area with room for up to 12 people. This apartment has a mezzanine double bedroom. Together with the other suites Passion (double bed), Elegance (double bed and sofa bed) and Glamour (double or twin beds and sofa bed), our holiday home can comfortably sleep up to 8 adults and 4 children (or 10 adults) in a refined and charming atmosphere. We called it 'Old Inn Le Panche' to emphasise the building's history that is lost in ancient times, when travelers and pilgrims from Northern Europe stopped here, along the banks of the river Reno, on their way towards Rome. We restored it in 2010 in order to make it a cosy and comfortable place. We used traditional materials and ancient furniture to maintain its original character and charm. A wide parking and a large garden provide access to the 'Locanda'. At ground floor, in the oldest and most fascinating part of the building, there is still a very much appreciated restaurant where you can taste the authentic traditional Tuscan cuisine. A gate provides access to the area exclusively reserved for our guests. On the South side of the building there is the private garden with swimming pool and the entrance for the guests. The garden is provided of sun beds and deck chairs to relax on, as well as barbecue, tables and chairs for outdoor dining. The pool, available from May to September, is equipped with a heat pump. On the first floor there are the rooms of the holiday home, furnished with the typical taste of a traditional Tuscan house, from terracotta floors to wooden ceilings, with a touch of modern design.
