Historical villa by the lake - 12 people

Located in a quiet and small village by the lake, this home has been built in 1484! There are 5 beautiful bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a playroom, a garden ... plenty of features to delight groups of friends or family during their stay. This very large house can accommodate up to 14 people and some hide-and-seek games :) The lake is 5 minutes away, many little shops are close by and the place is surrounded by mounts for beautiful walks. Built in 1484, this large house is officially labeled as a Historic Monument. Spending time here is like a big swim in history: from the period fresco in the hallway to the doors and handles from another century ... The house has 3 double bedrooms, 2 of have their own en-suite bathroom. A fourth large bedroom hosts 4 single beds and 2 bunk beds. A third bathroom is available. You will also find a large and comfortable reading room, as well as a very wide living room with a lounge area, the dining room, and the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped. A laundry room is at your disposal, as well as a basement with its ping-pong table and a foosball :) Outside, you will enjoy the large garden, the view of the surrounding mountains, and its petanque court. Babies are welcome: cot, wooden cot, changing table, and high chair are at your disposal. The beach is only 5 minutes away! Located at the end of the lake, the property is on the edge of a national park ("Reserve Naturelle"), ideal for walks. You will also find various water activities on the beachside and tasty/friendly places to eat during your lazy days. The city center of Annecy is 30 minutes by car and the first supermarkets 10 minutes by car. You can also easily access the surrounding mountains: "Les Bauges" mount is less than 15 minutes away, the Aravis mount is 20 minutes away. The apartment is rented as a whole. We are Melanie and Cedric! One of us is present at your arrival and departure, and we do our best to meet your expectations during your stay. We advise you to have a car at your disposal. We provide linens and toilet paper. Your bed is prepared for your arrival. You will find everything you need to start your stay: oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper, dishwasher soap if needed... for a smooth arrival.
