Balconies front and rear give both ocean and rolling countryside views. Breakfast on the front balcony has to be experienced – looking out over the ocean and surf beach – a new picture presents itself each day. Come evening, the clear westerly view to the horizon allows unsurpassed views of ocean sunsets. Sit down with a glass of wine and enjoy. Both the master and second bedrooms have views of the countryside, so what better way to relax – take a cup of tea and go back to bed and watch the cows grazing in the paddocks. During the day, take a short 50m stroll to the safe swimming beach where you will find a sheltered sandy beach and dozens of rock pools. At low tide, explore the rock pools for sea creatures and small fish. It’s a children’s paradise. The George Bass Coastal Walk is right across the road and takes you to San Remo or Wonthaggi. The surf beach is also within walking distance and great for surfing and fishing. 200m up the road is the Killy Pub offering premium quality meals overlooking the ocean. The Kilcunda General Store / Cafe next door to the pub has basic grocery items, organic take-away food and a dine-in café. Killy Views has an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with cedar-lined cathedral ceilings with ocean and surf beach views. The lounge area has a free-standing wood fired heater (wood supplied), split system air conditioner, SMART TV , a Bluetooth speaker / Karaoke, and DVD player with a selection of DVDs. A leather three seater and two seater couch provide ample seating for everyone. Free Wi-Fi. All of the three bedrooms are fully furnished. The master bedroom has a queen bed, digital wall mounted TV, and DVD player. There is also a cooling ceiling fan. In the second bedroom there is a double bed and a cooling ceiling fan, and in the third, a single and double bunk combination. Each bedroom also has an oil heater. We supply all linen. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you need to prepare and eat meals. Basic pantry items are also available. Along with the BBQ on the front porch, quality furnishings, and plenty of chairs to lounge around both front and back, it is just the perfect getaway. The property is also dog friendly with fencing all around the perimeter of the 1500m block. Perfect too for ball games! Both front and back balconies are also secure. This is our gorgeous Killy Views, a family beach house with lots of love, comfort and the most spectacular views. Free bottle of wine with each booking. We would like to assure you that our properties are being managed and cleaned in compliance with www.health.gov.au. Due to our additional cleaning measures, we have increased our cleaning fees slightly to accommodate these extra measures. We try our best to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs where possible; however, this is dependant on bookings either side of your booked dates. Please rest assured we will communicate when alternate times can be offered.
