Villa Gina is an exclusive, historical "rustico", in true Ticino style! This 2 room apartment is in a stylish, 250 year old palazzo on the lake promenade in Brissago. You have a wonderful view of Lake Maggiore and the mountains, and you also have direct promenade and lake access from the Villa. The passenger ship, with which you can go on excursions to the Brissago Islands, Ascona or Italy, docks close by. Enjoy the close proximity to Italy. In less than 10 minutes you can be in Italy where you will find charming villages, restaurants with excellent food at euro prices, as well as significantly cheaper shopping opportunities. Villa Gina has a large swimming pool, as well as a sauna and a table tennis table, all of which can be used by everyone in the house. Please note: The sauna and swimming pool are USUALLY open all year round. The pool is USUALLY heated from Easter to the Autumn holidays, but PLEASE CHECK WITH US FIRST BEFORE FINALIZING YOUR BOOKING. Room layout: one bedroom with double bed, the kitchen is open to the living room which has a sofa bed, 1 bathroom/toilet. Villa Gina's bedroom with wardrobe has an exit to the terrace. Large living room with a new, comfortable corner sofa (sofa bed for 2 people/children). Open and practical kitchen with dining table. Spacious, private terrace with small dining table, deck chairs and barbecue. Ideal occupation: 2-4 people (ideal for 2 adults and 2 children on the sofa bed). Smoking is not permitted inside Villa Gina. You can smoke on the terrace. Public parking spaces are in the immediate vicinity of Villa Gina. A parking card is provided. Please note: A private parking space for your car is NOT guaranteed, as the parking spaces are in public parking zones. Villa Gina is fully equipped with, amongst others: underfloor heating, cable TV, DVD and CD player, WiFi, TV in the living room, washing machine, dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc. Please note: Soap, bath towels and kitchen towels are not provided, so please remember to bring your own.
