Other Things to Note: *We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* This property has a strict no party and no smoking policy. If you're after a larger gathering, this home is not suitable. Because this is a quiet residential area (and we are obligated to ensure Sunshine Coast Council noise restrictions are adhered to), any breaches to these policies will result in you and your guests being removed from the home without a refund. Thank you very much for your understanding. We are on a hill and the home is elevated from the driveway so there are stairs to the front door, please use caution. It's private and secure and feels a world away from anyone else once you're inside. There is lots of closet space in each room. Pool towels are provided so you don't need to bring your own. We are currently not supplying additional firewood. Extremely kid friendly! We professionally & hygienically clean using medical grade disinfectant and strict cleaning protocols including all surfaces, light switches, handles & remotes etc. We use hotel quality linen via a professional linen service that adhere to the highest levels of Australian chemical & heat sanitisation standards. Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a bond form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
