Stivan is located 5 km from the Srasse Cres-Mali Lošinj in the direction of Martinšćica. The access by car to the house is possible via a single lane asphalted road. The distance to the sea and the beach is 40 meters. The house offers 42 m² of living space a separate bedroom, a living room and a bathroom.
