Well located, it’s only a short drive to Terrigal beach, shops, eateries and Erina Fair, a major shopping centre on the Central Coast with cinemas and the Erina Ice Arena. Although best suited to drivers, there are convenient bus services a short walk from the house. The Space: The space: Enter the house into a spacious L-shaped open-plan living/dining/kitchen area with stylish light-coloured polished floorboards throughout. The living space comes with a 3-seater sofa and occasional chair, a ‘Smart’ TV and wall-mounted reverse cycle air conditioning. There’s also a separate nook with its own 3-seater chesterfield sofa. The dining area has a table for 6 people and flows through to a fully-equipped U-shaped kitchen with loads of bench space, a family sized fridge, 4-burner electric cooktop, under-bench oven and microwave. Glass sliding doors lead out to a large outdoor patio with expansive, leafy views of Terrigal and another dining setting for 4 people, while another outdoor patio leads to a back garden with a lawn, a great play area for children. There are three bedrooms, all with queen-sized beds, ceiling fans and built-in wardrobes with lots of space for longer stays. The master bedroom has its own glass sliding doors which lead directly out to the main patio, plus a sliding door which leads to the common bathroom area. This bathroom is divided into 3 separate spaces, with a bath and shower in one spaced, the vanity in another and the toilet also separated. The bathroom can be accessed via the master bedroom or a hallway off the living space. There’s also a separate laundry room which comes off the living area and offers a top loader washing machine and wall-mounted dryer. The property has off street, undercover parking. The Neighborhood: The neighbourhood: Terrigal is a relaxed, beachy coastal town in the New South Wales Central Coast district, 1 hour and 20 minutes drive north of Sydney and 17 minutes drive east of Gosford. The house itself is well located, only 5 minutes drive to Terrigal’s main beach, eateries and shops. It’s a 7 minute drive to Erina Fair, a major shopping centre with both Coles and Woolworths supermarkets, shops, eateries, cinemas and the Erina Ice Arena, an Olympic sized indoor ice-skating rink. Getting Around: Getting around: Situated in a regional area, the house is best suited to guests with a car, but there are also public transport options available. Nearby bus services will take you to Erina Fair and on to Gosford, where you can transfer to train services into Sydney. There’s also a bus that will deliver you to Terrigal Beach in 16 minutes (although you can walk there in 25 minutes anyway!) . Other Things to Note: * This is a pet friendly property. The surcharge for bringing your pet is $100. Please be aware that any damage your pet causes to the property will also be charged back to you as an additional cost. * An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site. * A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately. *If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies. *After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking. * Please note that this property has been specifically catered for short-term rentals and is not a hotel.
