The house has a large enclosed garden. barbecue. Equipment: wifi, TV. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, cutlery, utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Port Mer is the nautical base of Cancale: this beach hosts the sailing school, good restaurants, and access to the hiking trails leading to Cancale. Cancale is a charming little fishing port, famous for its oysters, its seafood restaurants and its wild coastline with its many attractive beaches. The GR 34 customs path, located a few meters from the house, will allow you to discover this steep coast with its exceptional colors. The town center and shops are only 4 kilometers away. It is also located 15 minutes from the SNCF train stations of Saint Malo or Cancale - La Gouesnière and 17 kilometers from the Thermes Marins Saint Malo. A tourist tax of 3.3% of the price of the reservation per adult is payable on arrival. No smoking A deposit of the amount of the rent is required on arrival. An inventory of fixtures will be made on arrival and departure. Arrivals/Departures: Arrival times are in the afternoon (2pm-7pm). Departure times are in the morning (8-11am). The tenant is required to arrive at the rental on the day and time agreed with the agency (please contact us one week before). In case of late or delayed arrival, the tenant must inform us in advance. Any departure/arrival outside of the hours below or delay of more than one hour without prior notice will result in an additional charge of 24€ (+24€/hour after 10pm). We will not accommodate after 11pm. Linen : There is an extra charge for extras booked with the rental (cleaning, sheets, towels) for 9€/person for bed linen, 6€/person for bathroom linen. In addition, there is the tourist tax. The cleaning at the end of the stay does not include common tasks such as taking out the garbage and cleaning/storing the dishes. A supplement of 24€ will be asked if MALOC has to do it for you.
