Il Dormiglione is a big holiday home that accommodates up to 12 guests on holiday in Salento. Il Dormiglione is in the countryside of Nardò, in Villaggio Resta, a few kilometers away from the Ionian sea. The house is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, alarm system, hair-dryer, tv. It`s on the first floor. Pets are not allowed.   Holiday home for 12 guests in the countryside of Nardò: Il Dormiglione The holiday home is on the first floor, accessible by stairs. The Dormiglione consists of a kitchenette which is divided from the bedrooms by a long corridor. The big bedrooms are equipped with ensuite bathroom with shower, air conditioning and tv and minibar. There are 2 double bedrooms and 2 four-bed rooms. The four-bed rooms are furnished with a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 guests, in addition to an ensuite kitchenette and the access to the big terrace. Moreover, there is a bright dining room with kitchenette, fridge, tv and bathroom  with shower with access to the spacious equipped terrace.   The surroundings of Il Dormiglione in Nardò Il Dormiglione is in Villaggio Resta, a small residential village in the countryside of Nardò, with a church and a small restaurant. The closest beach is Sant`Isidoro, 5 kilometers away, while Nardò is 7 kilometers away and Portoselvaggio with its park is 10 kilometers away. - Air conditioning in the bedrooms. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
