Charming holiday home with private pool and sauna, located along the famous wine route that winds through the surrounding vineyards of Monferrato (UNESCO - World Heritage Site). This is a strategic area where you can spend a holiday not only of relaxation and rest, which you can enjoy returning from your daily trips, but also of culture and food and wine. A few km by car away from here you can enjoy characteristic villages surrounded by fields, churches and medieval castles because the territory of the nearby Langhe, Roero and Monferrato is a microcosm of different environments where man and nature go hand in hand. While walking along these gentle hills, you cannot miss the tasting of typical products such as wine, salami, cheese and real truffles, which can attract tourists from all over the world during the whole year. Sports lovers can enjoy horse riding, mountain bike trails in the immediate vicinity, for golf lovers at less than 10 km there are two 18-hole golf courses. For the more adventurous ones, there are possibilities to practice parachuting and to have flying lessons at San Germano airport. Given the location, a visit to the cities of Milan and Turin will be a must, as will a day spent on Lake Maggiore and Lake Orta. At less than 120 km you can visit Genoa with the historic center and the large aquarium and then continue both in the western and eastern provinces to enjoy a dip in the crystal clear waters of the Ligurian sea. The house owner uses at sporadic times the adjacent part of the house. Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate.
