The property is a Modern 2 storey, 3 bedroom town house in the heart of South West Rocks. Main bedroom features air-conditioning, a TV with a DVD player and an ensuite. The two upstairs rooms have air-conditioning and TV's also. The main bathroom is spacious with a spa bath and separate shower. You can bring your own linen, or pay a small fee to have the beds made and ready for your arrival. The kitchen has all modern conveniences including a dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. Nothing like a coffee to start the day fresh, or a dishwasher to ease into total relaxation. The North facing living area features a 50 inch flat screen television and DVD player and Wifi. A large book, game and DVD library is also available to use. This living area opens on to a superb Alfresco dining area with a Beef Eater BBQ, Bar Fridge and large timber dining table with restaurant quality shade cover. A great place to reflect and unwind after a day out, or to catch up on some reading. La Bella Vita allows all family members to take time out from the hustle and bustle of normal life. Holiday mode can be activated effortlessly, and all will enjoy a great holiday in the ambience of a chilled back, superb seaside village. It's so good, even the owners holiday there!
