The stylish bath/shower room is also on the ground floor, together with a handy utility room with washing machine and ample room for your belongings. Two attractive bedrooms sit on the first floor, one with a king size bed and the other with twins, and both furnished so you can fully unpack and settle into your holiday home. There’s parking at the side of the house for a couple of cars and a small courtyard area where you can sit with a coffee on a fine day before venturing out. Whether you’re staying for a short break or full week you’ll find lots to keep you busy in the vicinity. Enjoy the River Waveney on a canoe, kayak, skippered boat or meandering along the river-banks; catch a show at the Public Hall; browse antiques at a street market in May or August; or take a trip to the seaside just nine miles away and visit Africa Alive Wildlife Park, picturesque Aldeburgh or the iconic Southwold pier.
