Quinta do Olival revives the history and experience of Casa da Rita and Francisco. They were farmers who made wine at Adega do Buraco, baked the bread in the wood oven in the House of Grandparents and told their stories to the grandchildren, by the stone fireplace. Thus, he lived in community, in family and in perfect balance with nature.
