Villetta Cielo Blu consists of a big open space where the areas are combined by an arch with exposed stones. The sleeping area consists of 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed for two guests, while in the living room there are the open kitchen and dining area. Moreover, there is 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine.   The surroundings of the house near Lecce The holiday home in Salento is in the countryside of the small village Villa Convento, near Lecce. Lecce is 7 kilometers away. The Adriatic coast and the Ionian coast are equidistant and a short drive away. The beaches of Porto Cesareo and Torre Lapillo are 25 kilometers away, while the beaches of Torre Chianca, San Cataldo, Frigole and Spiaggiabella are 20 kilometers away. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 150 to pay upon arrival. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
