Beau Maison 3 bedroom house with private garden

We are Tess and Kazz and we would like to welcome you to our beautiful little house in Le Vigeant...we hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer with bars, restaurants, various outdoor activities for all ages and of course the famous Circuit Val de Vienne only 5 mins drive away! We are situated 45mins from Poitiers and 1hour from Limoges, both cities have airports and major train stations. The newly renovated house is situated in one of the oldest, historic streets in Le Vigeant and there is ample parking for two cars outside the property, with additional on street parking available at the top of the street. Due to the narrow width of the street, it is not suitable for accomodating large vans or trailers outside the house. The self contained house has its' own private garden with a decking area equipped with seating for dining and relaxation. As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. We have provided a welcome pack in the lounge listing details of all the equipment in the house and essential information about the area and as we only live next door, we are available to assist you with any additional information or help you may require during your stay. The compact kitchen has a fridge/freezer, an electric oven with gas hob, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a blender and a microwave. The is a seperate dishwasher and washing machine located under the stairs. There is all the usual kitchen equipment; cups, glasses, plates, cutlery etc. located in the dresser. The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a tv with French and English stations, a dvd player and internet access throughout. The lounge has a sofa and chairs and there is also has a fold down table and chairs for indoor dining. We feel that the house can comfortably accomodate 4 people. The house has three bedrooms; one ensuite and one that has access to the private garden. There is a small third bedroom that also has a double bed, which can be used when there is a mixture of single people/couples travelling together. There are two showers and two toilets in the property, both toilets are located upstairs. The first bathroom is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. There is a downstairs walk-in wetroom. The third upstairs bathroom has a toilet and sink only. Linen, towels, shampoo, hair dryer and an iron and ironing board are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are on-site parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are not allowed at the property. There is a barbeque for use at the house and we ask that if used, it is cleaned thoroughly after use. We do not charge a cleaning fee but we ask that guests to be respectful of the property and to remove any rubbish, empty bottles and any perishable food from the fridge at the time of their departure.
