You will have a large living room with a dining area and a lounge area, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a master suite, two bedrooms, a shower room as well as a large outdoor space built around the swimming pool with a relaxation area, a summer kitchen and a dining area. Bed linen and towels provided. The house: Located in a quiet area, the house is as follows: On the ground floor: - A large and bright living room with large windows giving access to the terrace. It is fitted out with a dining area with a reception table that can accommodate up to 8 guests as well as a sitting area with a coffee table and a flat screen TV. - A modern kitchen, open to the room and fully equipped: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, kettle, microwave, toaster, Tassimo coffee machine... - A master suite with direct access to the terrace with a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and an adjoining shower room with an Italian shower, two basins and a hair dryer. - A laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. - Separate WC. On the first floor: - Bedroom 1: a double bunk bed 140 cm x 190 cm (sleeps 2 people). - Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm). - A shower room with an Italian shower and a washbasin. - Separate WC. Outside : You will find a vast enclosed outdoor space of 70 m² entirely terraced around the pool. Facing south, the wooden terrace is equipped with a summer kitchen with a barbecue, a plancha, a pergola and outdoor furniture that will allow you to enjoy a pleasant meal in the sun! It also has a relaxation area with t4 deckchairs and a swing chair. The orientation of the in-ground pool (7 m x 2.30 m) will allow you to enjoy it from May until the end of September. It is unheated and equipped with an electric shutter. The house also has a 15 m² garage which allows you to store various outdoor items. (No parking possible.)
