The three double bedrooms, all have air conditioning and newly replaced ensuite bathrooms. The beds are new, large and very comfortable and there’s plenty of wardrobe space in each room. The master bedroom, with queen size bed, has its own large private terrace with sun-loungers and steps leading down to the pool. Bedroom 2, with king size bed, also leads directly out on to the pool area, whilst Bedroom 3 is twin bedded and located to the front of the villa. The living room is large and comfortably furnished. The wall mounted Smart TV has satellite channels in English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Scandinavian and American. There are Sky sports channels and over 4,000 movies to choose from. Netflix is available to those with an account. There is also excellent, high speed, unlimited wifi. Two sets of patio doors lead out onto the terrace and pool area. The lounge leads to the open plan dining room with sideboard and table seating for 6, patio doors also open onto the pool and BBQ area. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle. The washing machine is in a separate utility room. Our traditional villa is a mixture of old and new Portuguese styles. Inside this spacious villa are traditional Portuguese Santa Catarina floor tiles. Curved walls, sloping and high ceilings all add to the character of the property. Outside the theme continues around the terraces and new pool. There are plenty of terraces for lazing around and enjoying the sun which are complimented by an alfresco, covered dining area, BBQ and kidney shaped pool. There are 2 additional terraces where you can relax and enjoy some quiet time. The villa's location and landscaped gardens make it very private and not overlooked and is fully fenced and secure. The driveway has parking for 3 cars with gates at the front. The villa is located on the outskirts of Carvoeiro, with fantastic views over the Monchique mountains and countryside. A short 5 minute drive takes you to the centres of Carvoeiro and Ferragudo where there are lots of bars, restaurants and shops. BARS AND RESTAURANTS There are several bars and restaurants within 200 - 800 metres, also a small supermarket and ATM. 1km to main supermarkets. GOLF AND TENNIS Less than 1km to two championship golf courses - Gramacho and Pinta - and tennis club with pool, gym, bar and restaurants.
