Perched on the back of the Mas as a "bird's nest", this first adjoining cottage on the ground floor (67 m2) is intended for 4 to 6 people. You enter through a private entrance and a balcony with panoramic views of the Valley of Aspres and the Massif des Alberes, with the sea on the horizon. Inside, beautiful bright spaces mix the modern vintage spirit and the charm of wood with an entrance overlooking, on the right, on a large living room dining room and sofa bed and, on the left, a new, modern and fully equipped kitchen, then an Italian-style shower room and an independent toilet next to 2 beautiful rooms that look directly onto a large private and sheltered terrace, at the calm and at the back of the large garden, close to the pool common to salts so without chemical chlorine and fenced (open from late April to October, from 9am to 9pm for cleaning between 9pm and 9am) and a Nordic bath depending on the season (October to May with extra heating). Just below is an open access gym - full of indoor games (with tablefoot, darts, etc.) and outdoors (tennis table, large trampoline, badminton...). Do not have parties or other events (sound system and speakers prohibited), even in the garden and around the swimming pool, to respect the neighborhood and the environment. Ecological lodging with rainwater collectors, composts, solar panels for self-consumption during the day and reversible air conditioning and water heater, salt pool for water reserve (also obligatory ashtrays) plancha with gas rather than barbecue, rental organic cotton towels and bed linen, ecological cleaning products, zero pesticides, plastic and recycled waste.
