Formally the historic Post Office built in 1904, this home has been renovated with today's standards but retains the he original clapboard walls and tallow wood floors. It is all on one level so is perfect for the elderly or those with a young family. With three large bedrooms, an open plan living area, combustion fireplace and wrap around veranda, this home ensure you can relax with family and enjoy all that the area offers. The master bedroom has 1 Queen bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed plus a single bunk bed, while the third has another queen bed - sleeping 8 all up. The modern bathroom retains the old world charm of the miners village, with a claw foot bath, and also has a separate shower, while the kitchen has also been fully renovated for easy entertaining. There is also a beach shower outside and an outside toilet. The large fenced yard is perfect for kids to play and the rear family room is conveniently located to ensure they are still within earshot of mum and dad! The wrap around undercover veranda is perfect to sit back with a glass of wine or beer, and just smell the salty air and listen the the waves crashing on the shoreline Please note: the top bunk will have linen provided but the bed will not be made. Outdoor dogs are allowed upon request and a small additional payment is to be paid directly.
