This beautiful holiday home at 600 m from Altavilla Milicia offers a private swimming pool with spectacular panoramic views of the Sicilian sea, as well as a large solarium area and outdoor shower. Available is also a practical outdoor kitchen with a large table where you can eat all together and cook even in the hottest summer hours. The house is arranged on several levels: on the ground floor is a kitchen, a living room with fireplace and a music room as well as a bathroom with shower. On the mezzanine floor is a bedroom with a French Lit, a double sofa bed and a small terrace. On the first floor is a bright double bedroom with a balcony from which you can admire the panoramic view. Also on the upper floor is a bedroom with two single beds and the second bathroom. In the village of Altavilla Milicia you can visit the sanctuary dedicated to the Madonna della Milicia. The beach is at about 2.5 km. Do not miss a visit to the archaeological site of Solunto at 6 km, and to Bagheria "city of villas" at 8 km. The characteristic seaside village of San Nicola l'Arena is at 4 km. The beautiful city of Palermo rich in history, monuments and museums is only 15 km from here. Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate.
