East Cottage is situated on our working farm which links straight to Balmeadowside via a short walk. The cottage is next to our farmers cottage and overlooks the fields at Parbroath Farm. East Cottage has; Two Bedrooms – 1 Fixed Superking, 1 Twin Bedroom Family bathroom with shower over bath Open plan kitchen/dining with microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer Dining leads to the TV lounge complete with wood burning stove (a starter pack of logs, kindling and matches is included). TV/DVD, bluetooth speaker, WiFi* Outside there is a large garden which can be accessed through the front or back door with a private hot tub and patio with furniture There is a large parking area to the front of the cottage with a gate to keep the area private and secure *We have free WiFi at Parbroath Farm, which is generally good, however we cannot guarantee the signal strength or quality. We tend to experience more problems in adverse weather conditions. Bookings should not be made if they are wholly reliant upon the uninterrupted provision of WiFi.
