THE OUTDOOR LIFE OF VILLA LAS VINAS The terrace around the pool (8x4 meters) takes a prominent place in the beautifully landscaped garden with different levels. Here you will find a very comfortable lounge set, dining table, barbecue, outdoor shower and 6 sunbeds with umbrellas. Here you are wonderfully sheltered and in the evening the many lights in the vicinity provide an attractive view. Due to the higher position and the two levels of this luxury villa you have a beautiful panoramic view of a beautiful valley with grapes and lots of greenery. From the entrance you come to the private parking lot. THE INTERIOR OF VILLA LAS VINAS From the hall you reach the top floor via a staircase. Here is the living room which is very comfortably furnished. There is a fireplace, a lovely large corner sofa and a TV with all international channels. The semi-open kitchen is fully equipped including a ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, kettle and juicer. The three bedrooms are also on this floor. Two double bedrooms with very comfortable king-size beds and a third bedroom with bunk beds. The bedrooms have that typical Spanish atmosphere. Between the bedrooms is a bathroom with a shower, toilet and luxury washbasin with sufficient storage space. Via the internal staircase you go down to another large living room with a cozy sitting area and a 6-person dining table. Also here is an extra-large bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, washing machine and very washbasin. From here you can walk straight onto the terrace with swimming pool. Both the living rooms and the three bedrooms have air conditioning. THE AREA SURROUNDING VILLA LAS VINAS The old fishing town of Moraira is one of the nicest resorts on the Costa Blanca. Moraira offers many restaurants and a number of beautiful sandy beaches such as the sandy beach at El Portet. The center of Moraira is less than 5 minutes by car from this luxury holiday home. The friendly atmosphere makes this a real holiday destination for families and couples who love peace, good food and Spanish conviviality. Other nice places in the immediate vicinity are Javea, Calpe and Altea. The old centers of Javea and Altea, with its typical Spanish streets, are also definitely worth a visit.
