To bring the outdoors in, open up the sliding glass doors which cover two entire walls and savour the breeze. While downstairs has the open plan living area of dreams, a walk through laundry and small half bathroom off to the side, upstairs includes two modest sized bedrooms, the main bathroom, and a huge master suite featuring a beautiful ensuite with a bathtub. Both bathrooms feature large rainfall shower heads, floor to ceiling tiles and plenty of natural light. The bedrooms all fit with spacious wardrobes, also have large windows to help bring in fresh air and natural light. The ensuite is the most special of all three bedrooms as it features a double height ceiling, remote operated shutters, high tech ceiling fan and best of all, a super luxurious king size bed. As keys are accessed through a contactless method where you will collect keys from a lockbox at the property. Check in is at any time after 2pm and by following the directions in our guidebook, you are free to help yourself! _________________ Car parking in the secure, undercover driveway for one car can be arranged for $15 per day. If you have a second car, please contact us for an explanation of on-street parking options. All bookings require a $250 bond to cover any damage caused to the property. The Security Bond will only be released after full inspection of the property upon check out. This is to confirm there has been no damage to the property, no missing items and no excessive cleaning is required. We allow cats and/or dogs only. Per the listing, an extra damage deposit of $250 per pet applies and only pets up to 10kg are allowed inside. Any pets over 10kg must be kept outside.
